Ingredients,
1x 200gm round Camembert or Brie
2 TBSP Kitchen Kapers Tomato Chilli Jam
10gm chopped roasted peanuts
1 tsp roughly chopped coriander leaves
baguette
METHOD
pe heat oven to 190 degrees c
Cut top rind off top, leaving the sides and base still intact
Place Camembert into one of our divine Cheese Bakers, cut size up.
Spread Tomato Chilli Jam over the top and scatter with peanuts. Cover with lid.
Place into oven and bake for 4-5 mins or until warmed through and soft, but not melted
Sprinkle with Coriander and serve warm with crusty baguette.
