Ingredients 

Bread

3 x c Flour
3 x tsp Baking powder
2 x tsp Sugar
1 x tsp Salt
375ml Beer

Toppings

Relish
Cheese
Red onion
Chorizo
Pickle

Method

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
Prepare a loaf tin or small to medium bake tin with a cooking spray.
Sift all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre & pour in the beer.
Fold into a sticky dough & put into your bake pan. Add desired toppings & bake for approximately 45 minutes.

 

 

So quick & simple to throw together on a chilly Winters day for lunch to soak up a home made soup.
Its a super moist but dense loaf & so morrish. A popular loaf recipe, created by the talented kiwi baker Chelsea Winter to enjoy over the lockdown, hence the name.
