Ingredients

1 x C Almond milk
1/3 C Black or white chia seeds
1 x Tbsp Cacao powder
2 x Tbsp Raw honey (extra to drizzle)
1/2 C Mixed berries (to serve)
1 x Handful cacao nibs & shredded coconut (to serve)

Method

In a large jug, combine milk, seeds, cacao & honey together & stir through.
Pour into desired dessert pots, we used our lovely Kilner preserve jars 0.4litre.
Top with mixed berries, a drizzle of honey, shredded coconut & cacao nibs.
Pop in the fridge over night of for at-least 4 hours.

 

Perfect for a healthy dessert alternative. These Chia Puddings can also be eaten for breakfast of lunch on the go.
Chia Seeds are high in Omega 3 & is a great antioxidant & Fibre source.
