1 Tbsp Instant coffee granules
3/4 c Water
2 c Sugar
1 3/4 c Plain flour
3/4 c Cocoa powder
2 tsp Vanilla essence
2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1 1/4 c Milk
1/2 c Sunflower oil
1. Preheat oven 180C degrees. Spray your 23 - 25cm cake tin with a baking spray, we used Bakels sprink.
2. Dissolve the coffee granules in water, then add all the ingredients to your mixer or food processor & beat until well combined & smooth.
3. Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 1hr 20mins...
4.Cool on a wire rack before icing with Butter cream.
