Recipe

1 cup milk (try 1/2 cup almond & 1/2 cup coconut for a dairy free alternative)
1 tablespoon Mount Somers Chocolate Caramel Honey
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1/2  teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup dark choc chips
1/4 cup frothy milk (topping)

Method

  1. Add the milk, chocolate caramel honey, cacao powder, dark chocolate and cinnamon to a small saucepan on a low-medium heat.
  2. Stir until boiling then remove from heat.
  3. Pour into the glass or mug and top with frothy milk, a dusting of cocoa and chocolate shavings.
