
Quick & Easy Sultana Loaf
Using Tala Loaf tin and Sprink
Ingredients
2 ozs butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 cup sultana
1 cup flour
1 tsp mixed spice
1 ½ cup water
Method
- Preheat oven tp 160°C fan bake
- Boil Sultanas, butter, sugar and water for 6 minutes
- Cool mixture and sift in flour, spice and baking soda
- Add fruit mixture and fold ingredients together.
- Pour into greased Tala loaf tin
- Bake for 45 minutes at 160°C
