Quick & Easy Sultana Loaf

Using Tala Loaf tin and Sprink 

Ingredients
2 ozs butter 
1 cup sugar 
1 tsp baking soda 
2 cup sultana 
1 cup flour
1 tsp mixed spice
½  cup water 

Method 

  1. Preheat oven tp 160°C fan bake 
  2. Boil Sultanas, butter, sugar and water for 6 minutes
  3. Cool mixture and sift in flour, spice and baking soda
  4. Add fruit mixture and fold ingredients together. 
  5. Pour into greased Tala loaf tin
  6. Bake for 45 minutes at 160°C
