1 1/4 cups Plain flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
125g Butter (room temp)
3/4 cup Brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 large Egg
1 cup Chocolate chips or (smash up a block of chocolate into chunks )

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Sift Flour, baking soda & salt into a bowl. in a seperate bowl, cream butter, brown sugar & vanilla essence until smooth. Add egg & mix through until combined. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients & fold through the chocolate chips.
Spray your cast iron 26cm skillet with a good cooking spay, we recommend Sprink. Spread out the cookie dough into the skillet & bake in the oven for
approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
So soft & gooey, this skillet cookie is best served hot with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
