Ingredients

6-8 Cinnamon sticks
2 large tsp Peppercorns
4  inches of Ginger sliced
2 tsp Vanilla extract or 1-2 Vanilla pods
1 large tsp cloves
1 tsp ground Nutmeg
1 tsp ground Cardamom
3 whole Star Anise
2 TBLSP Dark cane sugar
3-4 c Water
10 Black tea bags (Dilmar)
Warm milk

How to make

Add all ingredients to a large pot, without the tea bags. Stir & simmer for 15 minutes on a medium heat.
Add tea bags & simmer for a further 5 minutes, before removing from the heat & straining.
Pour approximately 50mls to your mug with warm frothy milk.
